Mums and dads aren’t the only ones hitting the gym. Active Kids is a fun and educational workout for children aged 5-12. The class aims to create healthy habits from an early age while also providing the building blocks for maintaining a positive body image and a healthy weight range. Exercise has not only been proven to build strong bones and boost cardiovascular fitness, but they’ll be so tuckered out that sleep patterns for kids (and parents) will also be vastly improved.

What to Expect

A fun way for youngsters between the ages of 5-12 years to get active and make positive lifestyle changes. These gym sessions are supervised by fully qualified fitness instructors and are a great way to introduce your child to regular exercise in a safe environment.

Our Active Kids coaches are energetic, happy and caring!

They bring an exciting atmosphere to the sessions while allowing kids to feel comfortable and have fun.

Each coach has a Certificate III in Fitness, providing them with the knowledge to ensure all exercises are carried out in a safe manner.

Our coaches are committed to taking the group for the entire term so they can see through development of each child’s skillset.

Active Kids Coaches take care to learn each child’s sporting, learning and social abilities.

Coaches work hard to learn each child’s preferred communication style so kids get the most out of each session.
